Discovery & Strategy

Define goals, audience, platforms, and success metrics in a kickoff call. We audit competitors, build mood- and tone-boards, and lock budget and timeline.

Deliverable → 1-page Project Brief + Creative Direction deck.

Concept, Script & Storyboard

Develop logline and script, then create thumbnail boards and a timed animatic with temporary VO so pacing is approved early.

Deliverable → Final Script + Storyboard/Animatic file.

Voice + Design & Styleframes

Cast and record final voice-over to nail timing and performance. In parallel, design characters, props, and backgrounds, delivering 3–5 styleframes that set the project's look.

Deliverable → Final VO file + Styleframe board.

Production / Animation

Build, rig, and animate assets to the locked VO. You receive a progress reel and live shot tracker every week for quick, low-touch feedback.

Deliverable → Weekly WIP reel + shot-tracker link.

Sound FX & Music

Create Foley, sound-effects, and a custom score (or licensed track), then complete a two-pass mix (stereo + 5.1 if required).

Deliverable → Final mixed audio + separate music & effects stems.

Edit, Color & Master

Conform and online-edit the picture, perform SDR/HDR color grading, run QC (loudness, captions), and export master files plus web- and social-ready versions.

Deliverable → Master ProRes/DNxHR + H-264/H-265 + social crops.

Launch & Wrap-Up

Prepare all deliverables and final animation; provide any additional assistance needed. All source files are archived for two years.

Deliverable → Launch Toolkit + Analytics Dashboard (if specified) + Project Retrospective.
